****Members’ Notice****
The committee would like to thank the organisers of the 2 events recently enjoyed by our members. It has been great to get the season underway and enjoy our sport once again. The committee also appreciates everyone’s efforts in following COVID-19 guidance issued in recent weeks regarding our club’s activities. It helps our duty of safeguarding members’ health and safety which is always our ultimate priority.
As we are all aware in our new ‘normal’ society, we must observe social distancing and good hand hygiene at all times. In addition, it is an essential requirement that Track and Trace forms be completed and given to steward on entry to event site. This applies to competitors, stewards and all spectators.
**UPDATE FOR FUTURE EVENTS**
All patrons will be required to wear face coverings when on site at an event.
Unfortunately, there will be no overnight camping at these competitions.
There will be a Safety Check for all Pre-Novice and Novice competitors prior to starting their competition.
Please note:
We acknowledge that the above protocols may cause an inconvenience to some members. However, failure to follow the guidelines laid down impacts on the compulsory risk assessments to be completed and as a result, may put the organisation of these and future events at risk. We cannot run the events safely without the support and cooperation of everyone present on the day to ensure our activities are COVID-19 compliant at all times.
We look forward to seeing you at these events over the next few weeks.
Thank you very much for your understanding during this challenging time.
NICDA Conmittee.
