NICDA Dressage Tests to be driven in 2023

Many of you will have noted the changes made by British Carriage Driving
for this year’s season.  Please find below the dressage tests to be
driven at NICDA events this year for each class.  Tests are available to
download from the BC website
https://www.britishcarriagedriving.co.uk/.   Competitors are advised to
review the tests carefully as some changes are minor and may not
otherwise be noticed.

Hopefully the NICDA table below is self explanatory.  The Intermediate
Classes are no longer running.  For Novice and Open Singles classes,
Entry (A Test) is intended for new entrants to the class/those not ready
to move up.  Exit (Test B) is intended for more experienced drivers in
the class/those preparing to move up to Open Class, in the case of
Novice Singles.

2023 NICDA memberships are now due!

The 2023 driving season will soon be getting underway!  There’s a busy calendar of events planned and we look forward to hosting the All Ireland Championships at Necarne later this summer.

We would like to thank our renewing members for their continuing support.   New members to our sport are always extremely welcome, whether they intend driving, backstepping, stewarding or supporting.

Memberships will also taken in person at our AGM on Tuesday 28th February 2023 at 8pm.
